In the Track Inspector, click the Scale control in the Snap to Scale section and choose Scale Manager to open the Scale Manager dialog box, then click the Defaults button to open the Scale Defaults dialog box.
Restore Current Scale (if factory). This option restores a single, selected file to its factory settings.
Restore Any Missing Scales. If you have deleted a factory-supplied scale and want to replace it with the original version, choose this option.
Restore All Factory Scales. If you want to restore all factory-supplied scales to factory settings, click this option.

Note: If you prefer to always use offline Help, go to Edit > Preferences > File > Advanced in your Cakewalk software and select Always Use Offline Help.
If you are not connected to the internet, your Cakewalk software will default to showing offline help until an internet connection becomes available.
