The Track view Clips > Fade Clips command opens the Fade Selected Clips dialog box where you can create or edit one or more clip fades.The Fade Selected Clips dialog box has the following options:Select Fade if you want to create a fade-in and fade-out on the selected clips.Select the Fill Gaps, XFade between Audio Clips check box if you want to automatically fill in the gaps and create an automatic crossfade between selected audio clips. Filling the gaps is accomplished automatically by “rolling out” the first clip’s right edge and the second clip’s left edge to create a crossfade.
